Heredity can also be the cause of dark circles. Observe the history of your family that they had dark circle.
Drinking alcohol and smoking damage your skin tissues. Alcohol dehydrates your skin and thin the skin and smoking depletes the collagen tissue of skin and also construct the blood vessels, resulting reduce the blood circulation, which enhances the formation of dark circle.
Stress and sleep also associate with dark circle .Many people have dark circle due to dress or lack of sleep. If you are under stress it is hard to get sleep so avoid stress.
Anemia is caused due to deficiency of iron. It makes your skin pale and area around the eyes look dark.

Tips to rid of dark circle
Avoid stress and take at least 7-8 hours sleep.
Drink plenty of water and other healthy fluid intake.
Stay away from drinking alcohol and smoking cigarette.
Put thick slices of cucumber on your closed eyes for 15 minutes.
Wrap cubes of ice in soft cloth and put them on closed eyes for few minutes.
When you are going outside for long time wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from sun rays.
Apply good quality of under eye cream.
Food for glowing and healthy skin
Eat a healthy and balanced diet that must contain vitamins which helpful to treat dark circle. Include spinach, Green vegetable, and cabbage, orange and dairy products in your diet.
If you have allergy and hyper pigmentation, heredity problem and any liver disease then consult your doctor.

Same with me and my family.And I don’t think there raelly is a way to permanently get rid of them forever. People tell me to get a few more hours of sleep to make them go away but that doesn’t help me.We just have to live with them. And its even hard to hide them with makeup, but makeup/concealer on them makes them look better but thats not getting rid of them. Its just covering them up.Usually dark circles are because the skin is more transparent, thinner, or paler. People have also told me to eat more vegetables but I’ve never tried that before but you could try it.Is your dark lines under your eyes purple, red, or green?Sorry that I wasn’t able to help you all that much.
